We had this tonight for dinner and it was SUPERB.. I didn't have any "LIME" Juice so I substituted Lemon, and left out the tobasco. With 20 Extra Large shrimp for two people it was just the right amount for a filling entree. The remaining sauce we intend to try on Chicken in the near future. BTW - I used fresh picked herbs from our garden.
This is delicious, although I made two minor changes. I used 1 stick butter melted into 1/2 cup olive oil, & I substituted sriracha for the Tabasco.
I made this recipe. It was delicious. It has become one of my favorite ways to prepare shrimp.
